When I read a TopoDS_Shape from a STEP file, and make a boolean cut of this TopoDS_Shape with a Box, the operation failed.
Would you please tell me what is the problem?

Hi,
Long long ago, there is a bug of Boolean opeartion in OCC...
, but today it still exists.
Hearing about there will be a new release of OCC soon and it will adopt new algorithm and much faster. (perhapse no bug, :-))
