How do I compile OCC with WOK?

I am attempting to use WOK, but I can't figure out much of it. I would like to compile the Open CASCADE source using WOK, and I see the WOK-generated files in the source tree, but how do I open the Open CASCADE factory/workbench/whatever in WOK?

I think the problem is that they have not released their admin files (I think they are a sort of shell script that configure at least one factory). In fact I can't find any file that list all OCAS packages. And it shoud exist!
