I install CASCADE 3.0 source and binary on win98. TCL/TK and MSVC++ 6.0 are installed.
Though I run demo.bat, I can only obtain message "RTK.DLL is not found"
RTK.DLL is not in my computer.
How Can I Get this DLL? or What am I wrong?

Should be in DRAW. Have you used the search capability of the Forum ?
