i use stencil buffer and depth buffer and SCS algo to simulate nc code, but redraw the model is slow. you can google "csg scs" to know scs algo.
what method do you use? is it fast?

I am not doing solid simulation. It is only toolpath tracing of the 3d model of the tool. i.e. animation of the loaded g-code.
I am planning to add solid simulation. But as far as my survey says it is not feasible to use csg for that. I can send you my exe. Which one you want, win32 or elf. BTW if you send me your's I too can do some study.

Now I am out of my home town for a project. I will be back by September. My email id is sharjith@gmail.com. I can give you the exe after I get back home. You will have to download the gtk2 win32 runtime for running the exe. There is some concept called lawn mowing which is generally used in solid simulation. I will also give you some whitepapers I downloaded from net.
