I'm new with OpenCascade, and not very familiar with C. I'm working on a metrology software in Visual Basic, and would like to use OpenCascade as a visualization tool to display geometry. My question is has anybody used Visual Basic with OpenCascade, and if so how.

If all you need is a visualisation tool, may I suggest an alternative - the OpenGL OCX for Visual Basic? You can find it at http://is6.pacific.net.hk/~edx/. I have used it with VB 5 and it is excellent - and you will find a lot of example code on the site. As someone who has used Cascade/Opencascade for 5 years, I would say that you could save yourself a whole heap of trouble...
