Visual C++.NET

This may be more of a C++ question than an Open Cascade question but I hope somenone can help me!

I have recently purchased MS Visual C++.NET, never having previously owned VC, and am having difficulty getting the Open Cascade demo applications to compile. The demos use the old IOStream libraries (with .h extension) and VC++ does not support these. How do I overcome this problem and succesfully compile a demo program.
