All OPEN CASCADE support services are offered within so called «A la carte» programs (*) that give you a convenience of using different kinds of support services in any combination and sequence, and as soon as you need them. These programs provide you so called “units” that you can use as money, to purchase any service according to its fixed price expressed in units.

Services provided to the customer in the scope of «A la carte» support contracts are listed below. The customer will be able to freely combine them as may seem expedient. All these services are available for Open CASCADE Technology or SALOME:
- Helpdesk Query (2 units / query)
- Technical Support (5 units / day)
- Technology Consulting (9 units / day)
- Bug Corrections & Improvements (on estimation)
Training courses are specific to the platform:
- E-learning on Open CASCADE Technology (16 units)
- Training on Open CASCADE Technology or SALOME
Within an «A la carte» program, you are also entitled to access the Advanced Samples & Tools, a set of developer-oriented examples and tools that help use Open CASCADE Technology efficiently.
«A la carte» programs are delivered with fixed amounts of units included. They are tailored for different development teams and only vary in the amount of included units.
Programs can be ordered on a quarterly basis but consider ordering an annual program at once, to receive additional bonuses!
